We ship via United States Postal Service to anywhere in the United States and Canada. If this does not fit your shipping needs, please contact me (catie@catiecake.com) directly and I'll do my best to find a suitable solution.

Boxed collections:

You may return a boxed set of cards to exchange for another card design or for a refund to you credit card. The cards must be unused and in resalable condition. We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on all returned items.

Customized cards:

Customized Cards are not returnable or exchangeable unless there has been a mistake in the printing. In the case of a mistake we will gladly replace your customized cards with the correction or refund the money to your credit card.

If you need to return an item please email us and we'll send you the information on how to send our products back to us.

Design fees are not refundable.
